A price list for every reorder.

A wholesale price list template with wholesale and retail prices, case packs and minimums. Made from the same product list as your line sheet, so the numbers always match.

Fictional wholesale line sheet generated from the same product list as the price list
Fictional example. The price list is generated from the same CSV as this line sheet.

A worked example.

One row per orderable product, in one currency, with the date the prices apply from. Nothing else is needed.

Fictional Field Co. · Wholesale price list · USD · prices per unit · valid from 1 November 2026
SKUProductWholesaleRetailCase packMinimum
PEN-01Pocket Pen$3.25$6.5026
NOTE-02Field Notes$5.00$10.0014
CARD-03Correspondence Set$8.50$17.0024

The minimum on each line is a whole number of cases, so every quantity a buyer can order is a valid one. See how the order form rounds to full cases.

The columns that matter.

A buyer should be able to place a reorder from the price list alone. These columns make that possible.

SKU
The same code used on your line sheet and order form, so a buyer can reorder by code.
Wholesale
The price per unit the shop pays. Write whether it is per unit or per case, and don't mix the two.
Retail
The suggested retail price. It helps buyers see their margin, but it doesn't change what they pay you.
Case pack and minimum
Units per case and the fewest units a shop can order. Keep the minimum a whole number of cases.
Valid-from date
Put it in the heading. When prices change, send a new list rather than editing the old one.

Make it from your product list.

Keep one product list as the source and regenerate every document from it when something changes.

  1. Update your CSV. Change the prices or minimums in one place.
  2. Open the free demo. Paste up to three products, or explore with the fictional sample.
  3. Set the currency and paper size. One currency per list, A4 or US Letter.
  4. Compose the pack. The price list, line sheet and order form are generated together, so they agree.
  5. Print or save as PDF. Use your browser's print dialog and check the file before sending.

Questions.

Price list or line sheet?
A line sheet adds photos and descriptions for a first look at the range. A price list is the compact version for buyers who already know your products. See the line sheet template.
Can I show tiered or volume prices?
RangePaper shows one wholesale price per product. If you offer volume discounts, state the terms in the collection notes.
Does the price list include tax or shipping?
No. It lists product prices only. Agree tax, shipping and payment terms with each buyer separately.
Is it free?
The demo makes all three documents for up to three products at no cost. The offline edition handles up to 200 products.
