Purchase policy
Terms of purchase
Plain terms for buying and using the RangePaper Offline Edition.
Seller and contact
RangePaper is sold by Amir Ehsan Hosseini, trading as Range Paper, at flat 2, AJC Residence, Triq Ta Giorni, STJ 1120, Malta.
For purchase questions, delivery help or complaints, email rangepaper.business@gmail.com or visit Support.
What you are buying
The RangePaper Offline Edition is a downloadable HTML file for preparing wholesale line sheets, price lists and order forms in a browser. It is a one-time digital purchase. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring RangePaper charges.
The edition is designed to work locally after download. Your product lists, prices, customer details and imported photos are processed in the browser rather than uploaded to RangePaper. You choose whether to save or share the files and documents you create.
Price, promotions and tax
The standard price is $39 USD. A separately identified special offer may apply a 50% discount, making the offer price $19.50 USD while that promotion is available. A promotion changes the amount paid for that purchase; it does not create a subscription.
Stripe shows the amount to be charged before payment. RangePaper does not currently add or collect VAT at checkout. This describes the current checkout treatment and is not a claim that the seller is VAT exempt or VAT registered. If you need to understand a tax or reporting obligation, ask a qualified adviser.
Payment and delivery
Stripe processes the payment. Delivery begins after the payment is confirmed. The purchasing browser can then download the offline edition, and RangePaper asks Resend to send a private recovery link to the email address provided to Stripe at checkout.
Email-provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. If the download or recovery email does not arrive, contact Support. Do not send card numbers or a recovery link by email.
Personal business licence
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded edition for your own business and internal work. You may create, print and share the business documents produced with it.
You may not sell, publish or distribute the downloaded edition itself, share its private recovery link, remove its ownership notices, or offer the edition as a competing product or hosted service. No ownership of RangePaper software, design or branding transfers to you.
Compatibility and your responsibilities
The offline edition requires a current browser with JavaScript and normal file download and upload features. Browser security settings may restrict locally opened HTML files, and printing and file behavior can vary by browser, device and operating system. Check compatibility promptly after purchase and contact Support if it does not work for you.
Keep a safe copy of your download and review generated prices, totals, tax treatment and business details before using or sharing a document. RangePaper is a document tool; it is not accounting, legal or tax advice and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Refunds and consumer rights
You may request a satisfaction refund within 14 days of purchase. RangePaper does not ask you to waive a statutory digital-content withdrawal right. The voluntary refund policy is described in full on the Refund and cancellation policy.
These terms and the voluntary refund policy do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law. The European Union publishes general information about online purchase returns and withdrawal rights.
Availability and changes
RangePaper may correct defects, update the edition, change future pricing or stop offering new purchases. Changes to these terms apply prospectively from their stated effective date and do not remove rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
If a dispute arises, please contact Support first so it can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms removes any right to use a court, regulator or consumer body available under applicable law.
