Buyer-ready order forms.

Give every product a clear price, minimum quantity and case pack. Then let the order form handle the arithmetic.

Fictional wholesale order form with buyer details, quantities and product subtotal
Fictional three-product example generated by RangePaper.

Start with one product source.

A line sheet helps a buyer scan your collection. A price list makes prices easy to compare. An order form records the quantities they want. Matching product codes and prices across all three reduces manual copying.

Use these columns in the demo:

sku,name,wholesale,retail,
case_pack,moq,description,variant
SKU
A unique product code. Give each separately ordered variant its own code.
Wholesale
The price per individual unit, without a currency symbol and with no more than two decimal places.
Case pack
The number of units in one ordering increment.
MOQ
The minimum units a buyer can order. In this tool it must be a whole multiple of the case pack.
Retail
The suggested retail price shown on the paperwork. It is not used to calculate the buyer’s order.

Choose one currency for the whole project. Changing the label does not convert the CSV amounts.

Round full cases.

Use this free order check to enter the quantity a buyer requested, the units in each case and the minimum already set for that product. RangePaper rounds upward to the smallest complete-case quantity that meets both limits.

This checks an existing case-pack rule. It does not choose an economic order quantity or tell you what supplier minimum to set.

For this RangePaper workflow, the minimum must be a whole multiple of the case pack. Omit an unselected product instead of entering zero.

Check quantities before the total.

The pen is packed in pairs, so its order quantity can be 6, 8, 10 and so on. A quantity of 7 does not fit a whole case.

Fictional Field Co. · USD · prices per unit
ProductWholesaleCase packMinimumOrder qty.Line total
PEN-01 · Pocket Pen$3.25266$19.50
NOTE-02 · Field Notes$5.00144$20.00
CARD-03 · Correspondence Set$8.50244$34.00
Product subtotal$73.50

Multiply each wholesale unit price by the ordered units, then add the line totals. If the pen quantity changes to 8, its line total becomes $26.00 and the product subtotal becomes $80.00. Check margin and markup with the free pricing calculator.

This is a product subtotal. Agree shipping, tax, payment terms and delivery details separately. The demo does not enforce a minimum total order value, and every included product must be ordered at its minimum or above. Remove an unwanted product from the CSV and compose again.

Make the printable form.

The print button opens your browser’s print workflow. It cannot confirm that you saved a PDF, and the form does not automatically return an order to you.

  1. Open the demo. Keep the fictional sample to explore, or paste your own three-product CSV.
  2. Set the collection. Add your brand, contact, collection name, currency and A4 or US Letter paper size.
  3. Compose the documents. Fix any duplicate codes, price errors or case-pack conflicts.
  4. Set buyer quantities. Review every line total and confirm prices match the line sheet.
  5. Review and print. Compose again after changing the paper size or collection details, then use Print / Save PDF and check the saved file before sharing.

Keep packs consistent.

Save your project locally so you can reopen and revise it. When a price changes, regenerate the whole pack. Keep the product code when it still identifies the same item, and check quantities after changing case packs or minimums.

RangePaper processes the catalog in your browser. Product names, contacts, prices and photos are not sent to analytics. The offline edition supports larger catalogs. See the Black Friday launch offer below; checkout remains closed while payment and delivery checks are completed.
